4 levels of Service for Pipette Calibration

Level 1 / Research Labs / Single Channel $ 19.95 / Multi-channel $ 29.95

Pipette is calibrated to manufactures’ specs and a calibration label is affixed to instrument. An Inventory report is generated providing Pipette Model, Volume range, Serial number, and Pass/Fail Status as well as NIST Traceable equipment certificates.

Level 2 / Hospital (CAP) / Single Channel $25.95 / Multi-channel $39.95
Includes Level 1 procedure as well as an “AS LEFT” Test Record for each pipette with 6 samples @ Low, Mid and High volumes.

Level 3 / GLP / Single Channel $29.95 / Multi-channel $49.95
Includes an “AS FOUND” Test Record with 3 samples @ Low volume. Level 1 procedure is then performed. Lastly an “AS LEFT” Test Record for each pipette with 6 samples @ Low, Mid and High volumes is produced.

Level 4 / GMP / Single Channel $32.95 / Multi-channel $59.95
Includes an “AS FOUND” Test Record with 3 samples @ Low and HIgh volumes. Level 1 procedure is then performed. Lastly an “AS LEFT” Test Record for each pipette with 10 samples @ Low, Mid and High volumes is produced.

BALANCE CALIBRATION

Most manufacturers recommend that their Balances be calibrated annually to ensure accuracy and extend their service life. Pinnacle Calibration Services uses NIST Traceable Class 1 weights to establish accuracy. Balances are tested to ensure performance meets the highest industry standards. A certificate of calibration is provided at the completion of the service which will include 3 separate tests. Cornerload, Linearity & Repeatability tests will all be performed and data recorded on the calibration certificates. A calibration sticker is placed on your balance showing Date calibrated, Due Date, Technician, and Serial #.

Balance Calibration Process:

Perform & Record “As Found” testing.
Cleaning of draft shield, housing, weighing pan, weighing chamber and door track.
Re-leveling of the Balance/Scale
Perform External Calibration Procedure using NIST Traceable Weights
Perform and Record “As Left” testing
